近年來,與職場健康相關的工作壓力、工作生活平衡議題逐漸受到組織的 重視,若企業能維持好員工的身心狀態,促進職場健康環境,除了有助於績效的提升外,更能降低人員的流動率,達成永續發展的目標。本研究主要目的為探討工作壓力、工作生活平衡與離職傾向之間的關係,並以薪資滿意度來檢驗是否對工作壓力與工作生活平衡間的關係產生影響。研究以工作壓力為自變項,離職傾向為依變項,工作生活平衡為中介變項,薪資滿意度為調節變項進行分析。 本研究以台灣地區從事正職工作的人員為研究對象,共蒐集了235 份有效 問卷,將研究樣本進行統計分析後發現: (1)工作壓力對離職傾向有顯著的正向影響 (2)工作壓力對工作生活平衡有顯著的負向影響 (3)工作生活平衡對離職傾向有顯著的負向影響 (4)工作生活平衡在工作壓力與離職傾向間具有中介效果 (5)薪資滿意度在工作壓力與工作生活平衡間具有正向調節效果(6)工作生活平衡與薪資滿意度在工作壓力與離職傾向間具有調節式中介效果。;In recent years, workplace health issue like job stress and work-life balance have gradually been paid more and more attention by organizations. If companies can maintain the physical and mental state of their employees and promote a healthy workplace, they will not only help companies improve performance, but also reduce employees turnover intention, and then companies can finally achieve the goal of sustainable development. The main purpose of this research study is to explore the relationship between job stress, work-life balance and turnover intention, and to examine whether it has an impact on the relationship between job stress and work-life balance based on salary satisfaction. The study has analyzed job stress as the independent variable, turnover intention as the dependent variable, work-life balance as the mediating variable, and salary satisfaction as the moderating variable. The research objects are the people who engaged in full-time jobs in Taiwan. A total of 235 valid questionnaires were collected. After statistical analysis of the research samples, it was found that: (1) Job stress has a significant positive impact on turnover intention. (2) Job stress has a significant negative impact on work-life balance. (3) Work-life balance has a significant negative impact on turnover intention.(4) Work-life balance has a mediating effect between job stress and turnover intention.(5) Salary satisfaction has a moderating effect between job stress and Work-life balance. (6) Work-life balance and salary satisfaction have moderated mediation effect between job stress and turnover intention.
