摘要: | 本研究主要以三苯胺 (Triarylamine, TAA) 為核心,開發出數種有機光電材料。首先於核心一端接上推電子基團為末端帶有甲氧基的三苯胺 (TPA) ;另一端接上拉電子基氰乙酸乙烯基 (Ethyl cyanoacetate) 和丙二腈 (Malononitrile) 作為錨定基團,再以加入噻吩來延長共軛系統及外掛不同數量的推電子基團,以調控材料能階及增加分子內電荷轉移,製備出六種小分子材料: TPA-MN (1) 、 TPA-CA (1a)、TPA-T-MN (2) 、 TPA-T-CA (2a)、3TPA-MN (3) 及 3TPA-CA (3a)。最後將這一系列材料應用在錫鈣鈦礦太陽能電池中的電洞傳輸層上,並以自組裝 (Self-assembly) 的方式製成元件,目前還在優化元件條件中,但其中 TPA-T-MN(2) 及 3TPA-MN (3) 效率已有達到 7%,與使用自組裝方法製造的錫鈣鈦礦太陽能電池的最高報導效率 8.3% 相比,已具有良好的初始測試結果,期望後續優化能有進一步地提升。;In this study, several organic photoelectronic materials were developed primarily based on triarylamine (TAA). One end of the core was functionalized with a methoxyl group as a terminal electron-donating group of triphenylamine (TPA). The other end was modified with electron-withdrawing groups, ethyl cyanoacetate and malononitrile, as anchoring groups. Additionally, thiophene units were incorporated to extend the conjugation length and various numbers of electron-pushing groups were attached to regulate the energy level of the materials and enhance intramolecular charge transfer effect. As a result, six small molecule materials were synthesized: TPA-MN (1), TPA-CA (1a), TPA-T-MN (2), TPA-T-CA (2a), 3TPA-MN (3), and 3TPA-CA (3a). Finally, this series were applied as hole transporting materials in Tin-based perovskite solar cells and fabricated into devices using a self-assembly process. Currently, the device conditions are still being optimized. However, TPA-T-MN (2) and 3TPA-MN (3) have both already achieved efficiencies of 7%. Compared to the highest reported efficiency of 8.3% for Tin-based perovskite solar cells fabricated using a self-assembly method, these materials have shown good performance in current test. These series are under optimizing. After improvement, their performances are expected for better efficiencies. |
