小論文能夠用來評估學生的潛能及特質,包括對不同專業領域的興趣培養與瞭解、建立收集資料與分析的能力、熟悉撰寫讀書報告及課堂研究成果、學會使用圖書與網路資訊等。本研究旨在設計出一套能夠輔助高中生進行線上小論文撰寫的線上寫作平台(iWrite),提供學習鷹架(scaffolds)與互動工具,幫助學生協作寫作小論文,並且導入教師協助,減輕學生們與教師的負擔。在這項研究中,共有120名高中學生參加了iWrite平台的評估。根據本研究中針對平台評估設計的定量問卷的回答表明,顯示了正面的回饋,包含感知有用性、感知易用性、以及鷹架和工具的使用意願,並且他們也表達了使用iWrite寫作小論文的高度意願。在本研究的結論中,我們根據結果和討論指出了一些改進系統設計和未來研究方向的建議。;Writing essays can be used to assess the potential and traits of students, their development and understanding of interest in different areas of expertise, their ability to collect data and analysis, and their familiarity of writing reports and doing academic research through books and internet. This study aims to design an online writing system(iWrite)that provides learning scaffolds and interacting tools to help high school students in writing essays and integrates the teacher′s assistance, which can reduce the burden on students and teachers. In this study, a total of 120 Taiwanese high school students participated in the platform evaluations of iWrite. The responses on the quantitative questionnaire designed for the platform evaluation in this study showed that they expressed great satisfaction with perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, reuse intention of the scaffolds and tools of the iWrite, and they also expressed high willingness to use iWrite for writing essays. In the conclusion of this study, based on the results and discussions some suggestions on improvement of system design and future research were proposed.
